The Game Øf Now came to me over a period of 36 hours in late January 2006, in dream states. 

 

What I call "the conception" started in one of the front seats in aisle C, on a plane between Scotland and Sweden, high above the North Sea, somewhere in the afternoon of the Thursday 26th January.
